This recipe uses our Homemade Ranch Dressing mix to make this an incredibly flavorful dish without all the preservatives as store bought dressings.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup of prepared Kitcheneez Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover with water.
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain and allow to cool.
In a small bowl, blend the dressing, mayonnaise and mustard.
Pour over the cooled potatoes, add bacon and cheese.
Stir well and refrigerate.
