Cranberry Jalapeno Spread for Cream Cheese

Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) bag of fresh cranberries
2 jalapenos- stemmed, seeded and chopped
1 cup sugar
¼ to ½ cup orange marmalade
1 cup chopped pecans
2 blocks of cream cheese, room temperature when time to serve
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350*
In a 2 qt. baking dish, combine the cranberries, jalapenos and sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the berries begin to pop and release their juice.
Remove from the oven and stir in marmalade and pecans.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
To serve, place cream cheese on a plate and top with cranberry mixture. Serve with crackers.
