Ingredients

2 pints (4 cups) cherry/grape tomatoes

8 ounce block feta cheese, drained

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1-2 teaspoon Kitcheneez Ultimate Steak & Vegetable Rub
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400*.
Place the tomatoes in a single layer in a baking dish.
Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish.
Sprinkle the seasoning on the cheese and drizzle all with oil.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until the tomatoes are golden brown and soft on the inside.
Recipe Note
After the cheese and tomatoes are baked, you can serve with crackers or crostini as an appetizer or stir the dish until creamy and serve over cooked pasta.
