How to Freezer Prep our White Bean Chicken Chili

Our White Bean Chicken Chili is wonderful to prep and put in the freezer to enjoy later.
No need to cook anything before freezing. When you're ready to have it for dinner, just place into your crockpot and you'll come home to a wonderful meal!
Kitcheneez White Bean Chicken Chili as a Freezer Prep Meal
Label gallon freezer bag with title and note to add 3 cups of water when cooking.

Combine all ingredients in the freezer bag and squeeze out any excess air. Freeze until you’re ready to use.

To thaw before cooking: Remove gallon bag from freezer. Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator on a plate or in an empty baking dish. Put contents of the bag in a slow cooker with 3 cups of water and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-5 hours.

To use from frozen: You can skip thawing and cut the bag open to empty the frozen contents into your crockpot with 3 cups of water and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

This soup can also be prepared on the stovetop by cooking contents of the bag with 3 cups of water for 45 minutes on medium-high, simmering and stirring occasionally.
