Why serve regular mashed potatoes when you could put something amazing on your table?!?
Ingredients
- 3 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered (can use any other type of potato)

2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled (optional)
- 1/4 cup butter
-
3/4 cup milk
-
2 tablespoons Kitcheneez Bacon Ranch Cheeseball mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Additional bacon, cheese, and chives for garnish (optional)
Directions
Put the potatoes and garlic in a large pan and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Remove from heat and drain the potatoes. Mash the potatoes and garlic with the butter and milk.
Then stir in the Kitcheneez Bacon Ranch Cheeseball seasoning, cheddar cheese and Parmesan Cheese.
Sprinkle with additional bacon, cheese, and chives for garnish, if desired.
