We bake these along with our Sheet Pan meals (Beef Un"kabobs", Low Country,Smoked Sausage & Veggies, Herbed Pork Chops and Greek Chicken).
A great way to have an appetizer with your main dish!
**This is easy to half or fourth depending on how many peppers you have or people you're feeding.
**Good with or without adding the shredded cheese. We love both ways!
Ingredients
-
10 fresh jalapeno peppers
-
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
-
8 oz. shredded cheese of your choice, optional
-
1-2 tablespoons of Kitcheneez Firecracker Boom Boom Happy Cracker Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*. (If you’re cooking these along with one of our Sheet Pan Meals, use the temperature that mix uses and keep an eye on them as they will be done before the rest of the meal.)
Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese and seasoning. Mix well.
Spoon about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each pepper. Use your thumbs to press it across, filling all away across to the ends.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the peppers soften and the cheeses are bubbly.
Enjoy!
