Cook on the stovetop for a quick, less than 30 minute meal or in your crock pot for a delicious meal to come home to!

Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package Kitcheneez Thai Chicken Seasoning
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup peanuts or cashews
Directions
To prepare in your crock pot:
Place the chicken into your crock pot.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, ketchup, water and seasoning mix. Pour over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add the nuts during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Serve over rice.
To prepare on the stovetop:
In a skillet, brown the chicken in the oil.
Add soy sauce, peanut butter, ketchup, water and seasoning. Stir well. Bring to a boil.
Add nuts. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
