We love that this turkey cooks in our slow cooker while we prepare everything else. It's great to have the oven free for last minute cooking.
Ingredients

3-7 lb turkey breast (depends on the size of your slow cooker) Can use bonless or bone-in

¼ cup butter, softened

1-2 tablespoons of Kitcheneez Steak & Vegetable rub

1 large onion, chopped

½ cup chicken broth
Directions
- Wash the turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, blend the seasoning with butter. Rub the butter all over the top and sides of the turkey breast. Place the onion into your slow cooker and add the chicken broth. Place the turkey breast on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6. If desired, baste once or twice during cooking by spooning the liquid from the bottom of the slow cooker over the turkey.
If you'd like to brown the turkey, place the cooked turkey breast into a baking dish and broil in the oven until it's as brown as you like.
