Shrimp and Grits originated in the Gullah area of South Carolina and you can enjoy them at home!
If you’ve never had this dish, we make it easy for you to give it a try. It is a perfect flavor combination and great dinner dish.
This mix includes our specially ground grits you need and 2 seasoning packets so you can make 1 full batch or 2 small batches. Directions are included to do both.
Needed to prepare a small batch:
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1-2 T butter (or 3 slices of bacon)
1 seasoning packet (included)
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled
2 1/4 cups water
1 cup grits (included)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

entire bag of grits (included)
