I Always add a can of refried beans 30 minutes before serving to make it a creamy soup. This time at my corn loving son’s request I added a second can of corn.
Love how just the mix and ingredients alone make an amazing soup. But love the freedom to tweak it to our personal tastes!
We serve this soup with a side of cornbread and have a quick and amazing meal!
