Zucchini Bread mix

 It will be time for the zucchini to start coming in soon and when it starts... everyone has more than they know what to do with.

I started making Zucchini Bread years ago when my Mom always had more than she could use coming from her garden. This is a wonderful way to use and enjoy the bounty for much longer than just zucchini season (this bread freezes beautifully!) ~Lisa
