Ingredients

5 cups cubed peeled Butternut Squash OR Sweet Potatoes

1/2 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed (about 2 cups)-Fingerling or Small Red Skinned Potatoes work well and don’t need to be peeled
- 1 cup fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup fresh baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons butter

1-2 tablespoons Kitcheneez Ultimate Steak & Vegetable Seasoning
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425*.
Place vegetables in a large bowl.
In a microwave, melt the butter then stir in the seasoning mix.
Pour seasoned butter over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan and cook for 35-45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
