"Clean eating is traditionally defined as eating simple, whole foods without any artificial ingredients. This typically involves the elimination of most processed foods, trans fats, heavily saturated fats, added sugar, and refined grains. The mixes in this category are All Natural, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Corn Free, Meat Free and Soy Free. They were created to promote healthy eating with easy, delicious options. 

Even when recipes say to add meat or cheese, you can decide what you'd like to use with them. You can replace beef with lean chicken or pork and leave out adding cheese, if desired. We like to call these Farmer's Markets Favorites!
