Spinach dip mix (with bonus Spinach Artichoke dip recipe)

Absolutely! For a cold dip, chop a tight handful of fresh spinach. Place it in a bowl with 1/4 cup of water. Microwave until the spinach is completely cooked. Drain well and make the dip as directed. For Spinach Artichoke dip, use the same amount, but don't cook it before preparing the recipe.
