Our Cheesy Mexican Skillet Rice Meal is a wonderful way to enjoy your favorite Mexican flavors at home!
This mix comes with 2 seasoning packets and rice so you can make 2 small batches or 1 full batch.
A small batch feeds 1-3 people. A full batch feeds 4-6 people.
Needed to prepare along with our kit:
onion, chopped
ground beef, turkey or pork
diced tomatoes
canned whole corn
canned black beans, optional
shredded cheddar cheese
This seasoning mix is Gluten free, Dairy free
Nutritional information based on a prepared large batch for the seasoning and rice alone.
