Our Cowboy Caviar (Black Bean Salsa) is an essential seasoning mix we always keep on hand.
We opt for fresh veggies whenever possible, but this delicious salsa can be enjoyed year-round by using canned vegetables.
Enough seasoning mix for 3 batches.
Needed to prepare:
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 T. vegetable oil
1-1/2 T. Kitcheneez Black Bean Salsa mix
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (8 oz.) can whole corn
1 cup tomato, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
Serve with chips or crackers for a refreshing treat or as a fantastic side dish.
Ingredients for the mix alone: Spices, Salt, Sugar
This seasoning mix is: Dairy free, Gluten free, All natural, Meat and soy free, Corn free, Seed free

My aunt has a recipe culinary to this, but when this mix arrived, I can’t go back! This is great with Tostitos or any other taco chips. You could really make a meal out of it, especially if you’re vegan/vegetarian. Check ingredient list tho.
