1/2 lb. ground beef* (ground chicken, turkey or pork can be used)

1 seasoning packet (included)

1 cup of pasta (included)

1 1/2 cups water

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

1 (8 oz.) can whole corn

1 (14.5 oz.) can black beans

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
