Needed to prepare one 9 x 13 baking dish: 1-1/2 lb. uncooked chicken breast (2 large breasts), cut into bite sized pieces 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, do not drain 1 cup water 1 seasoning packet, included 1 cup of rice, included (measure) 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Simple directions to mix ingredients either in a bowl or directly into a baking dish, cover with foil and bake.
