Unstuffed Peppers Skillet Dish with rice included

This is a dish that will bring back memories of family dinners when you were growing up. True comfort food and still as delicious.

Needed to prepare a small batch:

1 lb. ground beef* (ground chicken, turkey or pork can be used)

1 cup salsa

1 seasoning packet (included)

3/4 cup of rice (included)

1-1/2 cups water

1 bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1-2 lbs. ground beef* (ground chicken, turkey or pork can be used)

2 cups salsa

2 seasoning packets (included)

entire bag of rice (included)

3 cups water

2 bell peppers, chopped

1 cup shredded cheese
