Enough seasoning mix to make 2 small batches or 1 large batch.
A small batch feeds 1-3 people. A full batch feeds 4-6 people.
Nutritional information based on a prepared large batch for the seasoning and rice alone.

This one quickly became a family favorite. Im not sure if our pan was too hot but we had to add quite a bit more water then what the recipe called for. I was worried that it wouldn't come out right but it was still perfect and the flavor was delicious.
We love this one, too! Sometimes a little more water is needed if the lid doesn't fit snuggly enough, but thankfully it's an easy fix to a delicious dish. I'm so glad you enjoyed it! ~Lisa
